A Brief History

Bindi was started in Milan, eager to get down to business after the dark years of the second world war.

Despite its success, the company has tried and managed to maintain its original distinctive features, which were present in the shop in Via Larga, opened by the founder Attilio Bindi in 1946, and may still be found in its modern headquarters.

During all these years, although the way in which pastries are made has not changed, up to date methods for quality control of raw materials and the final products have been perfected. Thus, Bindi guarantees that the customer will always receive a reliable, high quality product.
